Greenlink Poor Delivery Service
They took a load and delivered on time. The next 3 loads, took 6 to 9 days to deliver. These are FTL (not LTL). Distance was only 500 miles. They have sold their receivables to a factoring company. They still expect full payment for a service that was not performed in a timely fashion. No reason for late delivery, just a screaming match from their end. My customer refuses to pay full rate for poor delivery service. Any suggestions as to percentage of rate to deduct for failure to deliver in a timely fashion would be appreciated.

These guys like handing out business cards when they are brokered a load, beware they like to back door other trucking companies customers, On our DNU list

GreenLink is also into us for a $1000 over a C.O.D. job, check bouced. Awesome. Called a couple times with a promise to send a new check. Still haven't gotten one. Called customer today. Will see what happens. I wouldn't suggest entering into any business with them.

please post a complaint with link so they don't do this to another carrier. We have been told for 3 months now that the cheque is coming an never does. Name is Hasan #519-551-5575
