Would appreciate any feedback on above carrier (positive or negative). Starting new relationship and doing background check.

First load back on board (July 2015).
I know the nature of LTL means that we need to have some flexibility so we all try and be flexible:
Picked up a day late (no problem).
There are however 8 instances in a 3 day period where they did not answer an incoming phone call (and never returned a voicemail). Perhaps it was just a busy week? Will absolutely give them another chance to shine (or not shine).

I'm not sure if he is the owner or just works there but Paul who was a Royal Transport is the person working there.
There have been a couple instances where there may be a delay, but it is LTL.
As far as communication goes, it sucks over the phone. If you're doing business with them, get his email address. He answers his email all the time.
Overall, the service is alright, I'll keep using them.
 
terrible called at 6pm Friday to tell us their trailer was full and couldn't do our freight, so what to do at that time said would get it on Monday well Monday no pick up told them to cancel freight DNU communication terrible and full of lies
