GPS to track drivers productivity

I'm looking for a GPS solution for our city trucks to keep an eye on our less productive drivers. Can someone suggest a provider that is willing to supply only about 4 units?

Pretty nifty little device. Installs under the dash or under the hood, and takes about 30 minutes to install. Driver doesn't even have to know it's there.

We have Fleetmatics tracking device works very well. Since we have them on, drivers can't cheat. it did not cost us a dime to install them. just negotiated monthly charges which pays for it-self ,when it save us extra time drivers were trying to charge us.
