Good deed...Nope, GREAT deed!!

Simplest thing to do is figure on replacing batteries every fall. No point in buying expensive ones ... they don't last any longer than the cheap ones. At least this way you have a fresh set for the winter. Make sure your drivers have jumper cables with them ... a good 20 foot set is a must.

The question "what do my drivers do when they shut down for 8 hours?" ... They don't idle the truck that's for sure. When it's cold, they run the Espar. When it's warm, they pre-cool the bunk about 1/2 hour before they stop up for the night. When it's hot, they get a room.
