Good Carrier Wanted: Mexico to SK

I have a customer whom is looking to streamline transport. Looking at about 50-60 loads per year MX to SK.
I'm a carrier looking for a great partner to run this lane for me. Not looking for a fly by night carrier.

I'm not opposed to a conversation to see if we can make something work, can't be ridiculous, but I understand the issue with SK. If we can't figure out a rate on direct delivery, would you rather a Calgary or Winnipeg delivery ? I might be able to do a switch with another carrier.
 
The reality is that the bulk of freight between Canada and Mexico originates and is destined for ON or QC. Running trucks to or from western Canada and trying to be cost effective has proven to be a task left for others in the industry. (Read between the lines because there is more that I'd like to say- but I won't).
 
I hear you, hence my original request looking for a partner, not a one-off. Proving difficult to be competitive in a corrupt market. My stance is not to give freight to Driver Inc. Model carriers.....there I said it. Appreciate the honesty.
