Booked on a truckload yesterday , to pu noon today. 1115 am call comes, "I had a problem but have sent another truck" . But he's got to drive from KW to GTA to get truck then to Hammer to get loaded, my BS filter is already buzzing.....sure enough 1140 am...."I have to fire this driver, he's been giving us problems".....no truck....Thanks Golden Country....11 minutes before the pickup appointment....you're professionals. When the stories start, they always have the same ending....

we simply stopped using them, it's been story after story and cancelling every load we give them

2 cancellations in 6 bookings (in 2018). I'd say that's way over average and also way over target cancellation percentages.
I'll keep an eye on these guys upcoming.

I looked back at our history, he`s never done a load lol, he cancelled every time we gave him a load since 2016
