FMCSA shows 10 trucks and SMS-OOS rate of 42.9%. EVERY inspection has something marked. Then all of a sudden there are no inspections after Oct2025 (Hmmmm??!). Oh, and by the way, they go by GSA Transport.
Did you look at that? I haven't used them but can almost tell you the service you will get.

we booked it and 2 hours before the pick up apt, advised they couldnt make it. they did call back with an option but we had to cancel on them. unreliable

Gold Logistics also know as GSA Transport .. additional contact number (514) 519-2111

Goldi is the name of the owner of the company. They moved FTL shipment and parked truck in their yard for 2 additional days. Shipment suppose to deliver within 3 days. Driver did not tarp it rained product got damaged. Claim $4736.70 USD. Trucking company owner took ownership of the claim.

So We ask for the money to be pain in full they refused. We then offered a payment plan they refused. We placed a claim on their insurance however their deductible was 10k so the insurance company refuse. Trucking company has now since avoiding our calls and email.

I would not use this company Avoid them DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR FREIGHT TO THEM the owner of the company sound like a nice person but at the end of it all he Ghost us.

If you have a proper insurance claim filed within file deadlines, and the paperwork is accurate, the insurance company has to accept it as a claim and if needed pay it out and recover the deductible from the insured.
If you still get pushback from the insurance company, have the claimant request their lawyer for a demand letter with costs and promise to file a SCC against the carrier and the insurance company. If the carrier does not answer, the insurance company will.
