Has anyone else had an experience with this carrier Global Road Logistics In Edmonton.
Global Road Logistics saw our posting on loadlink and messaged us directly by email to discuss the lanes we have available, and our rep confirmed that their rates look ok, (based on market conditions), and moments after, our rep called his customer to discuss and hopefully to get these rates approved, and then minutes later found out from the customer who was on the phone still with our rep said that Global Road Logistics just emailed our customer at the same time,, and now asking our customer if they want to give them loads directly? (BTW, Global has never worked with our customer before directly, only through us a few years ago).
Our customer shared this with us immediately and asked us to block them. They asked us to avoid letting them be associated with this company who would do such a unprofessional act.
The commodity was in the emails, and our rep realize that the carrier must have figured out who the customer is..
Wondering if anyone else has has this experience with Global Road Logistics? (Or any feedback?)
