ATTENTION ALL NEW YORK AND CALIFORNIA CARRIERS!!!!

We recently went through quite an escapade with a company called Global Majestic or Majestic Global (Depends what they call themselves when they call) The took our authorities, cut and pasted their names where ours were and preceeded to give me loads from other load brokers. If that wasnt bad enough they lied about it!! We caught them when one of our regular brokers gave them freight that I could not pick up that day and faxed them the authorites. It took us over 6 months to get our money from them and we havent heard from them since. Please all be careful of these people as they will stop at nothing to make money, even lying cheating and pretending they are people they arent. See their full names and addresses below.

Does anyone have any updated info on this company? They want to move some freight for us, but I cannot find them on Link and now reading this, while it is 2 yrs old, is very disconcerning.

Listed as a "Carrier". However, no CVOR, no MC and no ICC numbers are listed.

Its up to you if you give them freight but Im pretty sure they double broker or as they call it "consolidate". Trust your gut....I know I would never give them anything again! If they did it once they sure will do it again!
 
1 of my dispatchers gave them 12 skids out of Sanger CA to our place in Pickering, ON if anyone has this on their truck please call us and we will pay you direct when you show up. These guys are dancing they aren't sure where the freight is they think it is in a bond shed but are not really sure. Will keep you updated.
 
Dang this website is so helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rock on Admin to you for creating it!!!! Imagine how much freight has been saved because of this website........ and imagine how much freight has not been moved and lost !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! all I can say is WOW.............. This company actually called on one of my frieght posts on the Link............ thank god I am a member here............... And this way too we get to know who the bad ones are and who the good ones are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Well we have tracked it down to a bond shed and surprisingly they will release it to us (since it is our product). I think we will grab it and then negotiate with the carrier who hauled it.

Surprisingly they do a consolidated load every week for Majestic and do not seem to think this is double brokering.

And the saga continues they finally showed up yesterday but only had 6 of the 12 skids...........the other 6 are still on their consolidators dock in LA........and surprise surprise they don't really give a sh*t. They also steadfastly refuse to believe that they are double brokering.
 
WOW...they are horrible. I worked with them for almost a year before they stole my authorites! These guys dont care about anything but making money...they dont pay out, lie, cheat and steal! Beware
