good luck. they will ask for money upfront before releasing the freight and then it is a maybe. Is your load goign to Calgary or Edmonton?

It was going to Calgary. I guess we were one of the very fortunate few, no pay before we deliver situation. Finally got there, albeit late.

I also gave Gillx a Full Load from Ontario to Vancouver back in November that has gone missing . Apparently they sold/gave to Tigereye . Tigereye ALLEDEGEDLY sold the load to Road Pulse Trucking from Winnipeg . I don't know if Road Pulse has my freight or somebody else's from Gillx/Tigereye but they have been holding someone's load since November 18 and won't open/break the seal to see what's in the trailer . You can try calling Road Pulse but they will just hang up on you and won't do anything unless Tigereye pays them the Big money they are owed for previous loads. It has to be my freight but not 100% sure. Lawyers are involved now . Brutal . Gillx/Tigereye made up their own paperwork saying the freight is going to Calgary

people need to sue kuldeep otal directly because when you sue these shell companies that he doesn’t even own , that company will most likely ho bankrupt or dissolved and he find another company to scam peope again and the cycle continues
 
right now obviously Gillx and Tigereye have rid themselves of doing anything with this (no money invested in this actual load ) and Road Pulse won't answer anything. Cops/Insurance can't do anything to Road Pulse. Who knows if Road Pulse is part of this scam . Trying to get the Courts to make Road Pulse open the trailer and see what is in there. An absolute ridiculous situation. Road Pulse could have solved this 2 months ago but they decided to be very difficult. Somehow they think holding my load or whoever's load they have is going to get them paid by Gillx/Tigereye

I have a colleague with quite the pickle.... Tesla Logistics did a Brampton to AB load for us and actually delivered. We even reached out to the receiver as I read these forums on daily and know whats up. Receiver sent us the same POD as Tesla. POD is clean. Tesla asked for Quickpay, so definitely the same modus operandi as all Kulpeed previous companies. As of now, we are "holding" payment as I/we know this was double brokered. Anyone on this forum delivered home appliances at the Brick couple weeks back ?

Don't pay them unless confirmed, TESLA and another company RED AND WHITE LOGISTICS ARE ANOTHER KULDEEP OTAL'S OPERATIONS FOR THIS SCAM.
