had the pleasure of getting jerked over by this group of clowns for 3 plus weeks.

Freight brokered to GillX (should have done better job vetting wont happen again)
They sat on freight for 2 weeks would give ridiculous updates could not remember lies.
Sold to AST 2 weeks after sitting on it.
Lies and misleading continues.
Delivered with Ramar Truck and V Trans Trailer. Says Ramar is his local AB delivery company (door says Hamilton, ON)

all answer same cell and call themselves different names each time.
50 Centennial Drive Orangeville is definitely the hub. Crappy run down building with old owner name on wall Trinamics Packaging Machinery System on wall used to make phoney BOL's up after load is picked up and ready to double broker. A ton of money spent on securing the crap hole.

No claim? Paid AST the amount GillX double brokered it for which was less. Releases from all parties. Nothing about claim above. Simply passing on valuable information. Use as you wish. thank you.

Not new thank you. Been around 20 plus years and started on this valuable site. Dont post on here so it must show new member. Yes as you can refer to my first line in brackets. We normally use this as one of our vetting processes. My staff member did not this time and it happened like other posts.

Yes have the release thank you as I already stated as well above. My lawyer also has the original. Appreciate your concern. Simply stated updated info that will be valuable to the members on here. Thank you. Merry Christmas.

They like the West. Most paperwork for all of these associates is Brampton/Miss. Gillx and associates are cut off from Link, They should not be able to see your freight if it was on Link . Again one of their associates usually assists with getting leads off Link.

Here's the problem with Link. Any group (like the Otal clan of companies) can subscribe to Link under a completely unrelated and new name. This "company" never does anything wrong, but uses the general search option on Link to see loads posted without giving away their identity. Then the GillXs of the world call on your posting.

Knowing that Link does not permit other load brokers to see loads posted, Otal can now do a search (and even post) to see what carriers are looking for freight (generally between ON/QC and AB/BC). He likes to place loads with carriers based in Western Canada, as they are "out-of-the-loop" when it comes to Ontario based scam artists.

You know how the rest of the story goes...........

Brokers can use dat to see all loads posted by everyone

If broker has own trucks they can also just switch their screen view and see loads posted

Load Link makes it’s money by having as many subscribers as possible on their system. Sure, they will attempt to provide a minimum level of policing in terms of proper insurance and registration, but it is far from any sort of guarantee that criminals still won’t find a way past those procedures. They have neither the time nor the inclination to check every purchaser of their product, a job that really rests with us, the users of their platform, carriers and brokers alike.
