Just caught GillX double brokering a load to Bell & Bob Transport.
Dispatcher's name at GillX was Jerry Hundal, working out of a trailer on Bethridge Road Etobicoke. Be careful when using this company GillX Group.

A reference was provided by Traffic Tech for GillX. Once the load was dispatched a Bell&Bob unit arrived to load, my client called me to confirm. I called GillX and they denied...denied.. denied... and refused to answer my calls thereafter.

Jerry Hundal is Bell & Bob. So he's definitely using another name.

At least he's not double-brokering it ... but actually the crap he pulls is even worse.
 
So, I'm driving across Derry Rd. in Brampton today, and what goes by me, a big Black Mercedes 550 with a License plate
HUNDAL 1 what's the chances?
 
There are actually quite a few "Hundal" license plates in Brampton....

With all different numbers....

WOW, I was just about to post something about Gill X Group and Bell & Bob Transport who have vanished with a load. Police are involved and apparently they claim the load was delivered and that it indeed cleared customs. When the load was checked with the customs broker it was noted that this load did not clear.
 
Update: 1st I want to say that it is great knowing several people on the police force. I thought I would help out this company that has been put through this "crap" of lies from GILL X . So I had an officer show up at the trailer that GILL X works out of and another one showed up at the owners house of GILL X. Their story changed and the look on their faces. I advised both officers what they needed to ask these 2 characters and what proper documentation was required as a professional trucking company that handles freight and from the USA to Canada. Because they tried to show the officer a BOL that had a US Customs Stamp.....and they forged the BOL showing a no known person to the actual warehouse to where the goods were to be delviered.....Looking forward to the end result today.....
 
OK update. The FTL of 30 pallets was delivered about 20 minutes ago to the warehouse. NO seal and the pallets were repiled to 15 pallet spots, not the way it was loaded in CA. Cleared today at 11:17am according to the customs broker. So, one has to ask, did they really think they could get away with a fake BOL and customs stamp stating it was signed as delivered....not when Im involved. Happy Trucking! Well the Broker in the USA learned a great lesson too today, saving that $ 400 to transport the load wasnt a saving at all.
 
WOW, they just called me on a posting I had on the link!!! Same guy who screwed me weeks ago from Hundal Trans! I thought I recognized his voice and it was him. Stay away from Gill X, and Hundal, same guy!!!!
 
Im not surprised at all. He is a young guy who tried to stay clear of the police when our client was investigating their load.
