My company made the Profit 500 in 2014...yup..it's all about the top line. You would think (from the name) that they'd look at profit.. but they sure don't. Probably because people are a bit cagey about publizing that bottom line. Just the same though it was a bit of a rush to get recognized.. but the publicity can be a double edged sword: alot of people look at it.. including the fine folks at CRA. Also.., I cannot believe how many $4000 one day business development siminars I got an invite to..

It would seem like there 'may' be a slip in service.
Missing a TL pickup (inbound from SC) for 2 days in a row to me is strange.
Can't pass judgement on just one order I suppose, but for a TL pickup 2 days is a long time to not show up to a shipper.

Keeping an eye on,
Mike

He said revenue so it makes sense. I would say it would be anywhere between $300,000 to $500,000.
If everything goes great and there's no major service work, down time, or vacations then $300,000 is doable. Anyone hoping to have yearly revenue of half a million a truck should buy some lottery tickets to supplement their income.

500K would be 4 bucks a mile on all miles, assuming 125000 miles over the year. That's pretty rich and probably not typical in truckload van. I would peg average per truck revenue (truckload van irregular route) at 250K ... 300K tops. 38 million for a 300 truck operation doesn't sound out of line to me.. they're likely generating 75 million a year in sales..6 to 10 million a year in profits if they're consistent with industry average.
25% of every big fleet is in the yard at all times, either for repairs or driver resting periods, if a 300 truck operation does 50 million in revenue per year they have a new fleet, excellent people, and some great customers.

They wouldn’t necessarily lose their property broker authority for claims against their surety bond. However, if there were claims against their surety bond it might be difficult to obtain a bond renewal, which in turn would result in the revocation of their brokers authority. You must have a current 75k surety bond to be registered as a freight broker with FMCSA.
