Any updates on service? Noticed on a couple past comments they double brokered.

not sure they double broker, I know they are half decent and use other carriers to pick up &/or deliver.

if done properly it's interlining like any other carrier who has city guys hook & deliver or pick up.

Gigg Express held our double brokered load even after they found out we would not deal with party that brokered to them. We had to get attorneys involved, threaten lawsuit, and prepay our shipment. Gigg now DNU, sorry understand your point but certainly not your business practices.

yes was very surprised what I had to do to get our load moving. Understand Gagan's point trying to recover his monies but when all the cards were out he stood his ground on wanting us to get GKA to pay him what he was owed before our load would move.

Check GKA's website and then check their SAFER and you'll see that what they portray themselves as is different than what they actually are. Sounds like GKA is a shady player and maybe Gagan had no choice. All the more reason why it's important to vet our your carrier partners. It's one thing if you give one load to someone to give them a shot in a pinch, but a continuous relationship warrants knowing more about your partners.

Certainly not hiding the fact GKA got me and good, I've unforturnatly know Grace for many years and didn't check out GKA the way I normal would.....................and made a complete ass of myself...........................Glad we have lawyers on staff and a very good client. Gagan had choices and he made them.

anyone have current data on Gigg - valid loads, payment terms?
