I have an invoice for only $325CAD outstanding but it is 83 days old. I don't recommend these guys!

Genesis Windsor Ontario will pay you whatever they want, not the agreed amount, they will lie to you every time you call for a cheque, and you spend days trying to contact the a/p person, they screen their calls... way too much hassle.
They have no ethics and personally not a reputable company to deal with.
We have them on a "DO NOT USE".

The old address on old #2 hwy is closed and has been for quite awhile now
Pretty hard to chase a PO BOX !!!! for payments !!!
 
Had situation with them may 2009. First a/p told me that they never received my invoice. Faxed her a copy. She then faxed back her response and said that she was holding payment because we never sent the original bol and that they required that before we would get paid. I tried to called her twice and she never called me back. I then called and spoke to her manager (did not get his name) and told him that unless that was agreed to when the shipment was taken we never send originals as the carriers the performed the service. He told me that unless he received the oringinal we would not be paid. I told him that i would not be doing that and unless he paid me i would be contacting his customer and billing them directly. His words to me "good luck with that" and hung up on me. I then contacted their customer and go figure ended up getting an email from the someone else at genesis a paul pringle telling me that the chq would be mailed. This load was for $200.00 and was @ 69 days olds. This was the first and last load we will be doing with them.
 
This has been very interesting as last week we just started doing work for Genesis and they are calling everyday with loads.

Mike Flattery & Paul Pringle very rude gentlemen and they will do as they please and hang up on you and not pay you. Darlene the chq girl does as she is told.
They have loads every day because of their reputation of being on the DO NOT USE list of most trucking companies.
Mike Flattery is a piece of work, call him directly if you have issues, and then you'll know all the horrible things said about them is true.

Never got my $900.00

Mike Flattery and Paul Pringle , every time I see one of your drivers I tell them what a bunch of crooks you are. So keep on recrutting and I will keep spreading the word.
 
Any experience as a carrier with Genesis

Has anything changed? I hear they have hired a new director of operations.

I'm wondering if this has made a difference? Also does anyone have any experience with them working as a carrier?
