BE CAREFUL EVERYONE, these guys are no.1 scam. They scam their drivers and they never pay them. There is no website or google or a physical company address. If you are here you know what I'm talking about. Basically they are ghosts online you can barely find any information about them because they hire drivers just to scammed them and not pay them at all. I was scammed and worked hard fot these guys only to find out that they never pay their drivers. After digging deep I now found few other drivers that worked for them and got scammed. We are all going to file a big lawsuit against them soon. So Shippers and Frieght broker and Drivers be very careful and think 100 times before dealing with these scammers. They pretend to have two offices but if you go there, they don't even exist one is in Whitby

Wait a second.
You say that you were a driver for this company and you never went to their office, found out where their accounting and dispatch is located? Did you even do a pre-employment test drive or fill out any paperwork/information after being onboarded?

If you did none of these, you should have said to yourself that something is wrong here and pack it in.

Good luck on your lawsuit, if this company was designed to screw drivers (and most likely vendors) and be impossible to nail down, your lawyer will probably get a judgement but cannot monetize it and you'll be out even more money.

Your better bet is to go to the Ministry of Labour - but by the sounds of it, this is another episode of the amazing benefits of Driver Inc.

Yes because they hire drivers without paying them and when the drivers figure out that they are being scammed by these basement crew, without any actual office, Ramin, Bobby, Daniella, jenn and all other fake names that they use, takes advantage of these innocent drivers, they quit right away. We all need to take them to court.

And just a wild guess but you where working for them as a Driver Inc driver correct? Not taxes and no legal safety net? Sorry you got screwed but the sooner drivers tell these companies that all want to pay you as a contractor to screw off more and more of this will happen. It seems our industry has come to include many less than reputable players that we as an industry need to better police and try and rid ourselves of. While many legit companies could possibly also fail in next 6 months to a year if they are paying legal IMHO you will have a better chance at an honest buck with those players. Sorry you got screwed as far too much of take the money and run going on.

I have been on my own for a while now and I used to work for GB about a year ago.
I was doing ON-QC loads consistently for about a year. I ended up having a family so I didnt want to travel so many days away from home. I tried doing locals with them but they didnt have enough.
I never had an issue getting paid but they did hold my last payment for 60 days which it had stated in my contract I just didnt realise, my error. Drivers should always make sure they read the contracts and if needed use a paralegal or lawyer as well. I used Bill Tackaberry for legal advice. He is at TCRC Legal. There was definetly a person named Ramin and Mo in dispatch there. I think Mo was short for Mohammed. I cant confirm any new dispatchers as I left over a year ago.
