Does anyone know if Galaxy is one of those carriers that promises over the road to AB/BC, but ships intermodal?

We received a fishy line from them regarding one of our loads we dropped at your dock going to Calgary.

Apparently they run over the road, but we are staring to question some things, when different staff provide different answers to the same question.
 
Freight Forwarder, presently w/ DNU on "time sensitive" status attached to our Vendor profile due to rail usage on domestic freight.
 
If you requested road they will ship road. They started doing some rail but it was at a customer request and they only do it for that customer.
 
Never had any issues with them. They are an LTL carrier so don't expect short transit times.

If it's not time sensitive, go ahead
