Galaxy freightline

Has anybody had issues with Galaxy Freightlines? I gave them to shipments last week, and they were both late. The stories I received from them are a bit sketchy. Any feedback on service you have received would be appreciated. Thanks!
 
I used them once...gave them a shipment for the following day but it was only ready at 1pm. It was 24 feet, going as truckload. They said they would be there first thing and wait until 1pm. Called them at 4:30, to see if all was good....casually, they replied without hesitation '..been a rough day, we should be there by 5:30'. Anyway, we convinced the shipper to wait since I had to have it back in Ontario the following day. Next morning called them to make sure it was back and got the 'having some border problems with another shipment on board....hopefully we'll get through soon'. This was an exclusive-use shipment to begin with (and only a 300 mile trip). Anyway, it finally arrived late afternoon, and I checked the POD when I got it, suspecting double-brokering myself. Surprisingly, it had their pars on it. I guess they are just full of sh*t, but not double brokers. I would not use again.
