These guys did load for us and were paid on time, attached are proof of RBC ACH transfer.
Direct deposit information was provided by exim account from their official email "ex.im@hotmail.com
The conversation clearly says TD account details.
Today we received call from this company alleging us that we did not pay them, when all the proofs were presented, the accounts lady threat us by stating that she will contact shipper/ receiver and get payment from them.
When we informed that payment was sent to TD bank, she claimed that they don’t have account with TD.
She started blaming our account team that we sent on wrong account but in email threat TD account info was provided by their team via their official email “ex.im@gmail.com.
Attached are all proofs for payment remitance and screen shots of email threat where it clearly says TD account details.
After all the conversation, she said that someone has hacked your computer, how silly someone can be, we recieved emails from your offical email "ex.im@gmail.com". Yesterday, when were repling on email threat "ex.im@hotmail.com", account lady could not see our emails. After long back and forth, email threat was sent on her different email-Glupoi@hotmail.com" after her contsent. At the end, she was threatening our team to e transfer or else she will defame us by contacting our customers and by contacting her industry contacts and advising them not to work with Ghawk. We can still recall her saying: "YOU DONT KNOW THAT YOU GUYS ARE PLAYING WITH FIRE". We advised her to check her cyber security, if someone is using her system to sent emails with different bank account details, EXIM Logistics needs to verify their end and resolve.
Moreover all proofs has been presented to them, they should take some corrective measures.

be very careful these people are scammers. sent us in to pu freight they had double booked we arrived and found out the company they took the load from had booked it with another carrier. they advised they would pay a TONU and are now not paying. I would do work COD only.
Justin, we are brokerage company with our direct customer. load was covered with different carrier. there is no double brokerage involved here.
secondly, your driver did not had HAZMAT certification since this load was HAZMAT. this is the reason the load was carried out by different company.
now since this is your fault as load was a HAZMAT, why would we pay TONU.
this is the reason TONU is not approved.
And lastly you threated us with collection against the company for $75 and ruing our name with your so called carrier buddies.
If these charges are legit, kindly forward us the load confirmation which says approved TONU charges.
We agree to pay but we need load confirmation which you clearly dont have. I have attached all email proofs.

I happy you got the load covered... I'm assuming the carrier that loaded it didnt get paid.
Also we did advised right away... we were told a TONU was on the way. When we emailed... 5 times requesting it and again called over and over again we were ghosted... that means you didnt answer the phone lol.. also not surprising.
Please pay your bills, stop double brokering freight and stop not answering people when they are looking to get paid.

The load confirmation you posted here is not the one your company sent to Justin.
Carrier postal code ends differently, contact person last 2 letters are CH, this load sheet includes a skid count, FGM's does not, this load confirmation includes a weight, FGM's does not, the right side of the sheet is mostly the same except the offered amount is $1000 and you removed the DOT#.
Is this your rebooking load confirmation when your dispatch team learned that the load was hazmat? If so, please don't present it as the load sheet you sent Justin because it's clearly not.

Yes this is the orginal load con.
Justin sent driver who had no hazmat. We had to book with different carrier who had hazmat.

Mike, load was HAMZAT was booked as HAZMAT with justin.
This was his responsilbity to check for HAzmAT before booking the load.
Had to pay another carrier to get it done right.
