clawing back what they paid the last year and half.......................

This is not uncommon, customers use multiple brokers to get the best rate. Customers don't usually tell us and we only find out when the carrier's calling in let us know. I'm not a fan of this either as these customers are price driven and are wasting everyone's time.

Unfortunately, this multi broker rate search is all too common. All it does is drive the price down to a level only the sketchiest of carriers will accept. I am all for anyone trying to obtain the best deal possible, but eventually it gets to a point where you are only going to get what you pay for. If your are paying next to nothing……..?

At this time of year - people are "price shopping" for the holidays. No one has time to deal with "rate shoppers" at work (lol).

MTL office? From what I've heard from a friend who works at Fuze, their margins are usually unrealistically low, and will usually deny waiting and/or eat up the cost instead of nagging the customer. Not a good practice but the people we work with are usually exceptional when it comes to taking care of the carrier and will go to bat for you to get you the waiting time and detention. Just depends from office to office.
