I haven't done any loads for them, but they have been cutting rates to one or two of my customers like crazy. They seem very much "CH"esqe with their rates, $2500 to CA for example. It's people who take these rates that keep beating the crap out of the industry.

Bad Spellur I understand completely. That rate is actually worse than a CH Robinson rate which in its self is extreamly cheap.
 
Anyone else having trouble collecting from them? We have a July 2010 invoice ($425), due with them, but are having a tough time collecting.
 
In all fairness, I should say that I heard from Gabe, and apparently the check they had send in October was lost in the mail. He promised to send another one this week. Will update everyone once I receive it.
 
We have worked with Gabe and he does pay his bills, last load we did was a large $$ load and he paid when he said he would pay.

I will deal with Gabe again, :)
 
Just to update everyone, the replacement check was received yesterday.
