Anyone else have trouble collecting from Freightx Logistics Inc? Currently at a bit over 120 days still no payment. Last few times I called them they said "can I call you back in 15 minutes". They never do of course...
 
They have done a few loads for us over the last couple of years, no notes so would use again.

Appreciate the input lowmiler, my situation is a little different though as we did a load for them. Mississauga ON to Edison NJ. We delivered in March so just about 5 months ago and still no payment from them.
 
We've done numerous loads with Freightx Logistics and no issues to report regarding payment.

I'm glad to hear you've had no issues but, it's been 170 days for us a load we delivered March 26. Still no payment. the stories of how they sent the checks twice already are getting old...

Stop wasting your time with them, call the shipper and receiver looking for you money

I'm sorry to hear you didn't have good experiences with them. Times are definitely getting a lot tougher than they were this time last year in general as far as market conditions go.

I agree with Shakey 100%. If they're giving you the run around I wouldn't hesitate to contact the customer direct. Especially after 90 days I'd say you would be well within your rights.

They say they have 2 trucks. Anyone heard much on them. "Started Jan 2021"

No funny seems they moved to Nova Scotia.........................................wonder why?

I did call the mississauga Freightx and they are a separate company.

We did use the Woodstock company called Freightx and picked up and delivered without issue.
 
FreightX Group of Companies with USDOT 3331115 had their authorities revoked today after resolving their issue last time.

No, it is not the same company
 
FreightX Group of Companies is definitely a DOUBLE BROKER. We have proof as a shipment we did for them was DB'd. We've located and contacted the actual broker of record for the load. They confirmed that FreightX was not authorized to DB the shipment under any circumstances.
