Does anyone know their payment trends? If they pay on time? Anything good or bad on them?
 
We caught them yesterday double brokering one of our shipments. ON to OH. If anyone has any other shipment from them for this lane please reach out to us as we would like to ensure the hauling carrier gets paid.

Maybe it’s just me, but this seems to be happening more and more these days.

We did a load for them from Chicago IL to New Hamburg ON Nov 2nd, 2023. We are not paid, and they are not contacting us back.

If anyone can help us by providing a contact to this company or the entity that will help rectify our invoice, please let us know.

Someone said their address is Milton ON, they also gave us Calgary AB as an address.

you got paid on feb 20th, this was delayed as you didn't sent the invoice to correct email-accounting@freighthawk.ca before

Rest, this should be remove as you are paid.
 
We got paid Friday February 22nd. We sent to accounting, Sal, Neil and Jot on Feb 12th. Sending the initial email from accounts to your accounts few months prior was used based on the email provided on your load tender.

Based on my email chain once I was involved for the invoice on Feb12th it was delayed to Feb 22nd and we had no issues as there were now communication between both companies. After all we just wanted to be paid as we did the load the year before on Nov 2nd.

Thanks for paying the past due invoice. Remove your post and I will remove mine if that makes you happy.
