Very very bad service and low quality dispacth!

They took a load from me today, Mississauga On to Miami FL.
Everything was looking good at the beginning with smooth over the phone or email.
Driver was on site for the pick-up but left without taking the freight(I think they just found a better deal)
The dispatcher didn't even try to update about the situation, the reason or somehow notify me to find a recovery for the load.

At the time of my call, when I realised that something is wrong he was backing-up with some BS excuses
Will not recommend to anyone(DNU)

The worst way to cover a load is by posting it on a load board - usually far more successful to keep an email group (or depending on the capacity in your TMS- send an email blast) with the load/lane details to carriers that you have worked with successfully in the past to see if they can cover.
Load board posting usually brings out the lowest common denominator carriers.
