A broker who decides to factor all their invoices really has no bearing on how fast he pays his carrier suppliers. All it means is he is getting his invoices paid, minus the factors percentage, in a short period of time. Whether he pays his carriers promptly is entirely another matter. As mentioned above, the brokers invoice to his customer is mostly made up of money owed to a carrier. Not a good practice for a well established broker.
