Never had any payment issues with them , between 30 to 45 days for the last few years. Deal with Keith from the MTL office.

Anyone experiencing payment issues with FLS?
They've never paid promptly in the past....but not getting a good feeling here....

Just got cheque today from them on April 13th deliver date invoice. Knock off slow mail both ways, that would be about 45.

To clarify my post from yesterday...
I was given incorrect information by someone supposed to be handling payables. They advised me to get in touch with "someone" else at FLS regarding payment - who had nothing to do with finance. Nor was I comfortable sending over a financial statement to someone not in the accounting department or anywhere related....
When I questioned this - after getting a little run around - I was advised I should not have been asked to do this.
The matter was straightened out and I was advised payment was released. It seems whenever I inquire about payment - I am "put off" to someone else or there are "issues" which need to be resolved first.
Hopefully this will improve.
