FLS Transportation payment issues??

The only thing I've 'noticed' with this account as of late is when inquiring on a load number for payment - AP requests the load confirmation. This seems to be the "new thing" now they are asking for. Billing on our end is including the original confirmation with our paperwork submissions now.
 
I find it hard to believe they are not paying what they agreed to....I understand you have to argue/ negotiate any assessorial charges.
 
I don't know, Henry. We use them every now and again. They are very slow. They have never paid us anywhere near 30 days. There is one agent in Montreal that has a few loads that work for us and he is honest. I am wary of most of them though.
 
That is weird. I have invoiced them many times. They need a clear POD and invoice and i am always paid @ 30 days. The only disagreement I've ever had with then was over waiting time.
