Hi,

We have invoices with Flatliner 514 633 0030, contact name for payments is Brandon 438 873 7288, they are not paying since 05/2023, anyone has a contact for this company ?

Again I will say that it is risky business dealing with freight brokers out of La Belle Province. Sure, there are some excellent ones that have been around for years, but Quebec law makes it very difficult to litigate in Quebec. If a shipper can prove that he paid Flatliner, you are unable to seek payment from the shipper. Also, it is not cheap to litigate in Quebec. You have to do it yourself or hire a lawyer (QC does not recognize paralegals)

Why we dont work with QC brokers unless its a brand name, just not worth the risk.

Hehe, I wish we all had the same resources in QC, would save a lot of headaches. It's unfortunate for the good brokers out there that their government protects bad players.
