Flat bed transfert from Container

Hi Everyone

will have some containers coming from Mexico in the upcoming month.
Problem is, we cannot deliver with a container at the consignees, only flat bed.
So, what I need is, carriers who can go pickup at the ramps, transfert the freight from a container ( 53' ) to a flat bed ( tarped ) and I need this for all those destinations :
Regina, SK ( saskatoon ramp )
La Salle, QC ( CN or CP ramp )
Dartmouth, NS ( Halifax, NS ramp )

really don't know who to call !
Any ideas at all?
It's bundle of copper, 12' to 20' long per bundle - 2000 lbs per bundle also.

Follow up - Dickson is way too high! over 1500.00 per load for a local dray, transload and delivery to Lasalle, QC with a flat bed
