Based of 1290 Clark Blvd. in Milton, ON (new residential area) booked us in November 2008, when already sold the house and moved out in August 2008.

Young guy at the address above told me that quite a few people looking for First Line, and promised to pass me the new location - looks like they see the guy occasionaly.

Somebody has any info?

The scumbag got us too. Did an order back at the end of Oct last year. Couldn't get in touch with First Line for payment. Tried to get paid by the shipper and guess what? They went under as well. If anybody has any dealings with Utah, please give him my best regards.

Just tried calling the 905-876-0987 number and got an answering machine. The message says "Thank you for calling First Line Express". Looks like "game on" again for our good friend Utah. Also did a 411 on the number and got this info.

There is an alive person at 1023 Laidlaw Drive in Milton. He was not willing to give up that Utah whereabouts, only after I told I'm not the last one visiting the residence.
So I got the story: the guy is the owner (Utah dismissed). CPI plastics - his biggest customer went bancrupt (have copy of notice from Jan 08, 2009) and left him short 262774.00 (have a copy in my office). Tried to cover losses with getting a second mortgage (100K) and will not declare a bankrupcy before trying to collect something from CPI (151 Courtney Park Drive West, Mississauga). Another house at 1290 Clark Blvd. in Milton, ON - well, First Line still owns it (rent to own status) - that's why he was doing business from that location.
I did not press it further for my $400.00 - questionable I know. His house is better then mine, his cars are worse. Still got his "sorry".

The guy gave me his name (Shawn), his cell and promised to post an explanation here.

Funny how this guy has 2 houses (that we know about) and still answers his phone but will not pay any bills. He gets upset when you show up at his house. His "brother" lives on the Laidlaw location and the Clarke location he still owns but is never at... understandably, burned how many carriers for how much $$$ with a home address as a bill to. Guess we should have seen this one from the start...

Back in September, we were still trying to collect for a June invoice.

Back then, he gave me the phone #905-366-4725 for his accountant and the address - 1023 Laidlaw Dr., Milton

I looked at his load confirmation sheet and that is showing as their fax #. If you google it, the number is registered to Utah at 30 Elm Dr., Mississauga, On.

The contact # on their load confirmation - 905-876-0987 is registered to Utah at 1023 Laidlaw Dr, Milton,ON

I definitely wouldn't use this company again......way too many games being played.

His name - Uthay Thurairajah
Accountant's name - Shaun Thurai ......short for Thurairajah?

Not too sure how current my info is but I hope you collect your funds!! Go the Fedex route though.....he definitely loses them in the mail.
