JAG Service in Sainte Croix, Qc may be able to haul this type, they do a lot of explosive

They do a lot of explosives from Ormstown QC. I have delivered to the explosive plant for them.

The main kickers are that the carrier has to be CSA/CT-PAT/PIP and needs to hold $10M liability for that sort of thing.
