I have a US client that bought a 1990 Grumman ladder fire truck at Ritchie Bros in Mont St-Hilaire, PQ and needs to deliver in Lancaster, PA area.
Anyone know of someone who is licensed and can drive it down for him?

wouldn't suggest driving a 1990's fire truck that just sold at auction. Those auctions dont really keep them in the best of shape.

The auction has nothing to do with the shape of it. The fire dept that consigned the truck would of done maintaince on them. No issue I could see driving it most are in great shape and have very low miles on them. I have a buddy buys them all the time and makes roll offs out of them then sells off all the fire apparatus and the rolloff. .

I'd still be cautious. I'ev had my fair share of personal experiences with Auctions, and its not always as it seems. If someone can put their hands on it and inspect it, before you send a driver to pick it up might make sense. There's people who do that as a service to inspect and auction vehicles and equipment, worth the few hundred bucks.
