Ftc - beware!!!

I guess I should've read all these posts before giving them 3 loads from Florida!!!
Not only have they held all 3 loads for ransom, but after sending bank draft for all three loads so they could get delivered, they have only managed to deliver 2 of our loads!!!
Now they won't answer any of our calls, if they happen to answer their phone, they hang up when they hear who it is and my client is furious that their load is MIA!!!!
I would strongly caution ANYONE who is considering using this company.
I guess they are FTC, Felter, etc....all the same crap.
I honestly have no idea how this company stays in business after reading all the issues everyone has experienced.
I can say, we will be pursuing this company through legal means and hopefully it will be some small justice for all those who have been screwed over by these guys.
I'll keep you posted.

Still up to no good. You call a/p and at 100 days say "oh we need the orginal". And once you mail it - it never seems to make it to their office and then the following week it is the same convo and over and over and over.

And then they get angry. Felter is still bull_ _ _ _. Don't bother working with them.
