dispatcher is shawn they are doing a hot load for us that was required to deliver at 08:00 am this morning and they are supposible still 45 miles away. When you call they keep hanging up and when you final do get to speak to someone they do not seem to have any sort of idea what they are doing or care.

Agreed! We use to have great service and communication when Andy was there. We no longer use them for numerous service failures and the Grand Finale when they billed our client directly. We had been doing business for years and our confirmations are clear right beside the price to invoice us.

Agreed ! Andy kept them together. The people there now running it have no clue what they are doing - especially the guy in dispatch that always seems to be chewing on something when you call.

I too absolutely agree! Since Andy left, this company has completely gone down hill. Andy was a great asset to this company. Service failures other then breakdowns or mother nature were very seldom. Unfortunately now I no longer use them.
