Farrex

Mo Farouk been around for years. Started Farrex with Rex Reed after Cottrell Air got taken over by CTI (AJ Vermani) who sold it to Eagle Express in USA.

Farrex primarily an air freight forwarder - good company to know if you want to move air freight with a personal contact.
 
Looking for a payment update on this older thread. Anyone currently dealing with Farrex that can advise on days to pay?

They moved to 7615 Bath Road - Mississauga - (905) 670-8735

Did you end up taking a load from them?

Or anyone else with current payment trends?

We had a 90 day invoice, they wouldn't respond with payment info and the day we were putting them into collections surprisingly their check arrived.......and cleared. So they are slow, but they paid us.
 
Guess I got lucky with my first one at 52 days...

Latest one was paid in 69 days...

And I still have one owing that is at 44 days...

When we contacted them by email for payment status, their response was to ask us for a statement of account... Really?.... it's just one invoice...
 
Just talked to them to inform them my next step is to bill the shipper and receiver Said they would call back by 10.30

One more time they lie Check was to be mailed last week Every other check that was mailed from other people arrived but not theirs I guess a call to National Steel Car might encourage them a little

How bout that... The load we took also went into Steel Car... Guess I should call them too and get in line!
