Produce should never have payment terms like this. Whenever I dealt with produce it was always net 7 or if I didn't trust them, COD. F A International is likely an arm of one of the produce vendors at OFTB.

Have a few invoices over 90 days and not getting a email or phone reply
 
We had three invoices over 90 days. We called the shipper and then FA paid. They are on hold unless they want to pay COD on future orders

The owner is Adeel - - I have had a few people advise that they stiff their salespeople and extend payments to carriers as long as possible.

Any time they have asked me to move a load the rates were pretty cheap. I never took anything from them for that reason.
 
As far as I've heard, yes. Nobody seems to be getting paid and these guys have already been paid by Metro.
 
than what is the solution here? these days this looks like a new trend . not paying carier and getting paid from all their client. when we reach them they says they have paid these companies. where truck should go ?

Get a lawyer and SUE EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER!
