They were legit before but now they are completely bankrupt. We knew one of the workers there and they have been shut down for a while now (legally IDK but operations wise seems shutdown) Tried paying a visit and there seemed to be no one in the office (did not hear anything), and like everyone said, no response to emails or calls. They were a long standing broker but did not hold up. Lawyering up is the only real option left, we had been working with them since 2013.

Some brokers do run into financial situations.
If customers would pay going rates so carriers can cover costs maybe this would not be happening so often.

This was not a case of tough times and poor guys tried their best but just couldn't hold on.
This is a case of someone, 1 person who decided to take advantage of the current economic climate to disguise a classic pump and dump scheme.
They were their own #1 customer, the produce company paying their own brokerage to pick up their own loads.
Adeel made a decision about a year ago that he was going to pay his friends at Metro to send him way more loads then they ever did before and he was going to broker them out to trucks and not pay them while getting paid by Metro. Go ask Metro, they will tell you they paid F.A for the load months ago...
Those are the actual facts of this situation.
