Express LTL

On the DNU for here, moved a couple of shipments for and messed up the delivery schedule. Then the owner became aggressive when questioned on why the previously agreed to appointment was missed. Might of just been having a bad week but not worth the headache IMO but to each their own.
 
Same here. Phil picked up an order for us, delivered to the wrong company/door to where it was supposed to go. We had to ask to deduct the cost to have another carrier bring to the proper location as he couldn't go back that day to correct the error, he agreed. He then invoiced the original, full amount. When we asked him to revise the bill to the revised agreed upon rate, he became rude and belligerent. Maybe just too much on his plate. Maybe has a short fuse. Maybe both.
 
DNU - scheduled a pick up from London to Mississauga, spoke to Phil on the phone and was told that the shipment was picked up.... later to find out that it wasn't. When I called him to get an explanation, same thing rude and belligerent blamed it on his driver not getting the dispatch and basically said "go find someone else" to cover my load.
 
wish i had seen these comments before, they are now on our DNU list going forward for delivery by appointment loads.
 
Worst carrier for LTL. DNU! Phil is a crybaby too. He won't take responsibility for his negative actions and will lose your freight. Stay away.
 
One of the worse carriers we have ever used. Top of our Dnu list. Rather give our freight to a scammer. Phil VS Scammer. Probably wouldn't notice the difference between service levels. But at least with a scammer you already know your chances of getting something delivered is low.. with Phil, it's almost guaranteed he will fail me, or damage the freight, or lose the freight, then refuse to help with a claim.. Phil is a terrible person to work with in my experience.

We use Express LTL INC all the time and have never had an issue. Phil can be a little on edge sometimes but our deliveries are 95% on time and their drivers are great. The member that is referring to Phil losing their freight etc I find that hard to believe. We had a cabinet get scratched one time and not only did they pay for it they did the delivery for free. Great company
