I have been engaged by my client to source a solid OPS performer as an addition to their existing operational team. Said company has been in business for 19 years and is well respected by the "Transportation" community at large. I am presently seeking resumes from experienced "brokerage" dispatchers, living or capable of commuting to Southern part of York Region that possess skills as outlined below :
1. Strong organizational habits to manage multiple tasks at one time
2. Focused at all times with a unique eye for detail
3. Excellent knowledge of both the United States of America and Canada
4. Computer literate; coupled with both strong oral/written communication skills
5. Seasoned negotiator, that truly understands the market place, and the power of partnering with Vendor Suppliers.
6. "User Friendly", having the ability to work within a team
7. Experienced in Show and Site deliveries, with an ability to "Take Charge" when called upon.
Salary offering will be above par for the right candidate, based on a combination of A REWARDING BASE SALARY with AN ATTAINABLE BONUS PLATFORM.
