Expeditors customs broker shut down

Expeditors customs broker has been a victim of a cyber attack. Beginning Sunday all operations have been shut down with no estimated time of back in service. If you are sending drivers with loads that need to clear customs with Expeditors I would wait until you get the clearance. We have been returning our drivers at the customers expense who have been waiting at the border on the Canadian side. Loads that are clearing into Canada are going in bond and if they require OTG we are warehousing them in Detroit.

The website is very slow to respond so be patient. There was an update Feb 23, 2022 at 2.30PM stating that they are still working on the situation.
I called the Detroit office and the person who answered said that they are not processing PAPS at this time as their system is still down.

I moved an expeditors load aon feb 28 - they cleraed it... I don't think they are completely shut down. Was the Windsor Branch
