Hi All,
Please note that an imposter has opened an office in Mississauga and/or Toronto area calling himself EveryPoint Logistics and trading on our good name and reputation.
This company is not legal, has no authorities, and is not affiliated in any way with EveryPoint Logistics Solutions in Quebec.
Please be very careful with your loads as we are receiving freight invoices from poor truckers getting scammed by these fraudsters.
Their details are as follows:
EVERYPOINT LOGISTICS, 600 MATHESON BLVD WEST, MISSISSAUGA, ON - L5R 4C1 - PH # 647 707 4196 / FAX 647 707 4192

Do you know for certain that they are not paying or intending to pay the carriers that transported their shipments?

People bill us by mistake sometimes too, it doesn't mean that the other company is a 'fraudster'.

Imagine that you run a successful company, so successful that your neighbour opens a firm with the exact same name as you, so carriers think they are dealing with the original Company with all the proper credit ratings, etc.
The new fraudulent firm has no government authorities, no license, no insurance.
When the carrier freight bill, having been paid by the factoring company gets sent to you for payment, what would you think? This is the very definition of fraud. Let's grow up and call a spade a spade.

This stuff does happen... There was a thread a while back about a company calling itself Challenger Transport, who it turns out is not the same as Challenger Motor Freight...

Pretty scammy in general to make your company look like someone else's...

You are saying that they are tendering loads to carriers and telling them 'bill my parent company', which is you? Yes, that would a pretty big deal.

Has anyone heard anything more about this company, we moved a few loads from Buffalo - Toronto for them and cannot reach anyone about payments.
 
We've been doing some with Everypoint Logistics but the address I had was QC. No problems getting paid around 45 days. Maybe not the same people.
 
I think that is a different company. We worked with these people on 2 Fls and paid in the fall last year.
 
We never dealt with the Mississauga company. I don't have any information on them.
