Esso Fuel Pumps are CLOSED

I got couple calls from my drivers saying that....
Couple Fuel Pumps / TruckStops east of Oshawa, ON on HWY401 were completely closed (yellow tapped) with notice "Out of diesel" .
I tried to google it, in order to get anything on this subject... no luck

Have you got similar calls from your drivers from same/different area?
Is it "new" normal, where we have to watch out for trucks stops that's still open?
What do you think?

I would be very surprised if this was anything other than an isolated incident. From all reports, there is a glut of crude oil flooding the markets and driving the price down to numbers unseen in years. Of course, refining capacity really determines the amount of product available at the pumps. Perhaps this is a localized distribution problem?
