ERB Transport

Today I booked Erb transport Mississauga Terminal to load a FTL this afternoon @ International Cold. They had 6 hrs to make the p/u and at the last minute as we were tracing our P/U's Erb informed us that they could not make the p/u. When challenged as to why they took the order even though they could not complete it, I was told there was nothing they could do and if I didn't like it call someone else.

So I am taking their advice and am looking for a new LTL refrigerated carrier. I have put up with their arrogant attitude in the past, but this is the last straw.

Not one problem ..... ever, with loads or payments.

I know Explorer Trucking Inc. out of Mississauga, ON runs Reefer LTL & FTL to Texas and surrounding states.

I think if one person posts something bad then maybe they had a bad experience which will happen with any company. If 2 or 3 people have the same experience then you see a pattern, if you are on this site long enough you can determine what is true, what is a bad experience and what is bull.

AKA "Frank Mahovolich" LOL

I've dealt with Erb for years. You just don't get to be their size, running the type of equipment they do by leaving freight on shippers docks. I'm sure there is more to this story than what is being told here.
