Heard that JD Toews (co owner) and Bruce Gryschuk (dispatch) had left the company.

Tracked them to Fikes Trucking after finding out that they signed on with them as agents.

Heard that Fikes had too many calls on them not paying their carriers and fired them

Filed on their bond but the insurance company says the bond is exhausted... (Well, so am I...)

If anyone can find these guys, please contact me.

Just called them at 888-368-8151 and talked to their dispatch.
He did confirm that JD and Bruce are the owners of WC Transport & Logistics but of course, are not in today.

At least I now know where these 2 scumbags ran off to and what they did with my money.

As soon as I heard the voice I knew who it was and as usual he was trying to get a 30G load moved for 15G.

I called Chuck Bishop from WC Transport (nice guy, btw) and he says that "These guys stole my identity" and went on to tell me that they wanted to buy his logistics division, WC Logistics. He made arrangements to sell it to them and they started double brokering loads under his MC#.

Mr. Bishop is now getting calls from carriers that have not been paid wanting their money and JD and Bruce have moved on. In my search, I found that they now have a new MC #744527 and they call their new company WC Logistics LLP. Their registered address is 1785 East Sahara Ave. - Ste 490, Las Vegas, NV 89104. This is the address for their agent Spiegel & Utrera. Their phone # is still a BC # 888-368-8151. These guys are still in BC and I'm guessing close to Port Alberni, BC. I'm still trying to track down a physical address. If anyone knows this address and can help me out, it would be much appreciated.

In talking with people, they are suggesting that this JD Toews may be the same John Toews that owned Triple J Logistics out of Alberta a few years ago and pulled the same thing. Left many carriers holding the bag. I do not know if this is factual and if anyone knows, please post it on here so everyone knows what he's doing.

Also, I am looking for Wendy's last name at ETS and a physical address for her. She just refused a registered mail letter (small claims summon) and we now have to serve her physically by a process server. And if anyone knows of a process server in BC, please advise.
