You can load a car on a dry van. You just need to be sure and brace it so it doesn't move around. If the emergency brake works you can apply that and chock the tires with blocks and load bars or straps. I've sent many vehicles that way with no damages. Just make sure where you are loading and where you are delivering can receive the vehicle at dock level. If they can't, you need to get a deck tow truck to load and unload.
