Ya lot's of runaround and John who I believe is Tracy's (owner) husband never seems to know where his wife is. Nothing get's approved unless she is there and she is never there. 88 days avg for payment. Stay away if possible.
 
Used to deal alot with this company - cut them off years ago - if it is still Tracey you need to deal with - I wouldn't bother - serious communication problems. We were constantly bothering them to get paid - then started sending the sales rep in for visits to see what was going on there....be careful...
