I would like to start off and thank you Scam Chaser for the information with regards to 5911 Trans Ltd, and confirm to you that 5911 Trans is indeed the same owner / president as Ellysium & V-Trans.

Back in Fall 2020 we gave a load to V-Trans, who gave it to Ellysium who gave that load to another carrier to pickup in the States and deliver to Ellysium's yard. Great shock, Ellysium has not paid the carrier.... After reading this post I did some research to find out we had booked a load with 5911 Trans Ltd. I checked the customs paperwork and they crossed using Ellysium's PARS (carrier code), the Notice of Assignment I've received from BVD Capital is signed by Kuldep Signh Otal who is identified as President.

My question now is, has any carrier picked up a load for 5911 Trans Ltd in San Fernando CA 91340 on May 7th, 2021 and delivered it to a terminal in Mississauga ON on May 13th, 2021 (or there abouts)? If so, please contact me. I want to make sure to pay the correct carrier that actually did the job (I can't be sure if the was double brokered or not).

We work with a company and some loads cross on their PARS - they have broker authority so no double brokering...however the ACI manifest has our name on it, truck# and drivers' names - so even though we use their PARS we can prove we moved the freight - maybe the manifest holds some clues?

Maybe, but in this case I am not taking any changes, and to date they have not supplied the ACI manifest. On top of which they are using a carrier's PARS that has not only supposedly gone out of business but ALSO has double brokered my load in the past and cut and run without paying said carrier.

Yes using a PARS for a company out of business is strange - I would assume CBSA would have that PARS as not active...
 
THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! TRANS 511, ELLYSIUM, VTRANS ALL ARE THE SAME!
You are so correct! They are professional SCAMMERS and LIARS! They did a few loads for us (Lucky with an alias Happy) and supposed owner Sukh Singh.... with yards in Toronto and AB... OTR loads that ended up with CP rail without authorization- lied throughout the process that load was at the receiver yard, stuck at weigh station...blh blh blh....the lies are never same....NO UNDERSTANDING about business proper ethics, customer service. They put you on hold for lengthy periods- pick up every 5 minutes and then on hold again...just so you give up...then repetitious lies....must be all family- because when you catch them on the act- and they do accept they made the error... next person continues to lie and 30 days of waiting of never truly knowing where the cargo is. However- they are such professionals that they laugh at you when you tell them you will complain to police or their insurance... they have the game of scamming so much they are pros.. they are cutthroat, fearless, no pulse, no give a shit at all!! After a a long 30 day wait- they decided to hostage the loads "Pay first, then we deliver!!!!". Yup- you heard it- the cold -blooded....no remorse and they knew they got caught with a lie, a scam...."We dont care what you say...pay then we deliver!" This and all their associated carriers are all the same, operate same and work with same objectives....they do what they want and no care for consequences. They should be put out of BUSINESS! How can a cie like this get an authority to conduct business in transportation and logistics when they know nothing nor care about the consequences of their lies, failed services, and scams! They operate and live in a world of SCAM! Use them if you want to lose your contracts and kill any client relations you have developed over years! They are the worst of the worst!

It is illegal to hold property for payment. Payment is a cival matter. We have been succesfull in the past having the police attend our location and communicate this to the dirt bag carrier that was holding our freight hostage.

We reported 2X within the span that 5911 Transport had possession of our 4 loads! 1st time was when they fell 3 days behind schedule without delivering and all their excuses were not substantiated with proof..all lies....When we went to authorities....Police asked us..."still too early.... wait a few more days then come back and file". The 2nd time was about 2 weeks into the ordeal...Police said" if they are still talking to you and exchanging emails....you can not file theft yet!!!!" We were dumfounded hearing of this so we called their insurance cie- " go get a police report first then file a claim....".. All we wanted from the insurance cie was to give us alternate numbers and contacts or hoping they would call and help us get the cargo delivered....nope! Confidetial info?????? This carrier had every angle and experience on how to get around the system and be careless....and still collect ..... Is there anyone here that can tell me who else to report this carrier for such recurring activities? Seems like they have a history of it and will continue to do whatever selfishly while in the process of continually dirty up our industry. Look at how far back they have a history of this and still continue ....there has to be a governing body that looks oversees malpractice. Other industries have it...why not our industry????

I would have to say that your best option would be to arrange to pay this guy and get the load delivered. Cut your losses and NEVER use them again. After that you may want to place a complaint with Loadlink but I wouldn't do that until your loads are delivered. Loadlink may not do anything but it may give you a little piece of mind maybe.

How did you ever vet your carrier before you gave them 4 loads? Did you look at their address, check out their yards via Google Maps, check to see if they are an actual carrier? Did you check the carriers website or their CVOR or the validity of any documents that they sent to you? Are there any pictures at all that show their trucks that have some resemblance of a logo that matches?
I did a very quick look and found nothing substantial on them, no website, no physical address that looks like a truck yard in Ontario or AB. I would be very skeptical to use them for one load let alone 4 loads.

This looks like a case where they were the cheapest option on the link and you got what you paid for.
 
Trying to get the police to clean up after you is never a good idea. They are way too busy to get involved in what is really a civil matter. Always worth a try I suppose but you would be much better off to contact the carrier's insurer, the insurance company claims department, not their broker, and reporting the load as missing. In addition, contact your insurer (you do have one don't you? all freight brokers should) and put them on notice that a freight loss claim is imminent. As previously stated, you will be doing a lot of leg work now that should have been done before handing over 4 loads to a carrier that is sketchy at best.
 
Kuldeep Signh Otal's new company is Khokhar Logistics. They deal with Factor Direct (Kuldeep's signature appears on the NOA.
 
5911 is basically a criminal organization, this matter will not be resolved peacefully. Use any scare tactic you can. Call the police, call a lawyer, knock on their door. Anything.
