Good Morning to the forums!
My first post, but a long time "Guest" I searched for Eleven Kings Transport - couldnt find anything.

However wanted to ask - as the dispatcher is threatening to take us to collections for an order that was supposed to have 4-5 days transit between Toronto/Halifax - he took 3 weeks, saying the driver had just our delivery left, but when he went to deliver weeks late - there was other freight on board. He had sent us fake GPS tracking links to trucks parked in Quebec stating the driver was ill and un-reachable.

Then attempted to tell us at offloading another shipment was damaaged by the receiver, forgetting that he told us a few days prior the trailer was empty and just our delivery left due to the driver being ill theres been delays.

Will not offer any compensation to us as the broker, stopped responding on email & not answering calls, untill threatening collections last night

Tell him to pound salt. Service like that should not be rewarded by paying their invoice. Threatening to send it to collections and obtaining a Small Claims Court judgement are two entirely different things and doing one does not guarantee getting the other. Worst case scenario for you is to pay them a small percentage of the original invoice.

I appreciate this - I was literally thinking I was crazy, I offered him 50% which is what the client paid us before leaving.... Ill def keep everyone posted on Eleven kings

I would be withholding payment altogether, this smells like a double broker/choo choo train combo. Address is a house, carrier not established, listed number is MB but Company is listed in Brampton (which is ass backwards from how they normally do that). I would be checking with the shipper or receiver to confirm the carrier asap.
