Any one else hearing that JBT is restarting as Eldon Solutions? Heard this morning that they are going to fire right back up. Version 3.0?

I have also heard they planned on opening back up within the month under a new name. I haven't heard of Eldon Solutions so very possible. One would hope their clients and carriers are smart enough not to work with them again. I know for a fact there are several clients with freight in limbo or being held by carriers in effort for payment still.

You were right Rob. It looks like they opened back up in one of their old warehouses. Its a shame Tommy is still involved with these crooks. He's a great guy.
I just emailed Link Logistics and suggested they do not let them back on. I suggest everyone do the same. complaints@loadlink.ca
they owe us $2600 CAD and we got a email last week from RBC PayEdge about a payment being processed on behalf of JBT via EFT etc .... fingers crossed, we didn't hold their freight as well btw

This is absolutely sickening.... they screwed so many people out of money and not small amounts either. Our system is so broken that they should have never been able to open up another company just to screw everyone over again... this is the 2nd bankruptcy!!!

I am shocked that Tommy would get involved in such a shit show. They must have sweet talked him like they try to do with everyone else..... Denis, Randy and Kyle should be disappointed in themselves for what they have done to the JBT employees and the stress they have caused each and everyone of them.....

Not 100% but pretty sure he had money in the last venture as I remember seeing his name on the creditors list. Wish him the best but it will be a year or two before we will take the risk if ever.
