It appears I answered my own question. Gave them some freight - won't do it again!

Driver showed up (inexperienced driver).
He looked at the freight and refused to load-
Just got in his truck and left.
No call from his dispatch - I called them and asked what happened
but I didn't get anywhere.

According to google maps JBM Express is in the same house. Not a bad looking Freightliner Coranado parked in the driveway and that looks like the Polish Chicken on the window...
